WHAT IS POLARITY THERAPY?
Polarity Therapy, founded by Dr. Randolph Stone... is the living science and healing art of balancing our energetic system or "life force" with our physical body.
When receiving this work we become capable of experiencing wholeness, clarity and good health for our mind, body and soul.

Everything on earth is made of frequencies.... science has proven this time and time again. Those frequencies create sublime energy fields/systems that impact how we experience life on a cellular level.

Our physical body (muscles, skeletal system, organ system, nervous system, etc.) has a natural way it is meant to function in order to maximize our quality of life on the physical level.
Our energetic system (the frequencies and life force that flow through us) also has a natural way it is meant to function in order to maximize our quality of life on the energetic level.
When the energetic system is out of balance, the frequencies flowing through the physical body can become blocked. These blocks impact our emotions on a deep, cellular level, influencing our mental state and ultimately who we are as beings on this earth.
Polarity Therapy is the beautiful, healing method of aligning and unblocking those frequencies, allowing you to experience wholeness in your mind, body, and soul.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE / DURING / AFTER YOUR SESSION
-Before booking a polarity session, know it is best to book it when you can go home and relax.. not go back to work or be in any environment that could be chaotic. You receive deep clearing and our system craves serenity after.
-You will be fully clothed during your session. (Loose, comfortable clothing is ideal.)
- All jewelry including large earrings, necklaces and bracelets are best off.
- Prior to your session I will have you fill out a consent and intake form where we will discuss your goals and concerns, if any. Whatever you feel you want to share is completely up to you. Your system receives the work it is meant to regardless of what you share.
- While on the table, it is best to limit talking so that I can be as tuned in to your session as possible. That being said, please know if you ever have the need to express any concerns, discomfort etc. it is always prefered so I can make sure you are in the best healing state for the work.
- It is possible and common to fall into a trance, notice temperature changes, feel body twitches and experience emotional releases on the table. (Just breathe, you are supported.)
- After your session you may feel extremely relaxed. It is best to avoid any busy, chaotic plans for the rest of the day and stay hydrated!
- In the coming days, weeks and even months, you can notice major life shifts even after one session. Things that once bothered you may not anymore. You can feel centered in a away you didn't know was possible. You may have emotional releases which is our body's way of clearing the rest of what was released in your session,
